New Free Mortgage Advice Clinic

Bita Mills has kindly agreed to promote her free mortgage advice service upon request from Cllr Mus Khan through Dalton Together.

There will be a new clinic that is offering free, independent mortgage advice to residents which will be operating out of the Beaumont Arms in Kirkheaton every Saturday, starting 2nd of April from 10am to 1pm.

Who is providing the advice?

Bita Mills (Mortgage and Protection Advisor) is an advisor for the Mortgage Advice Bureau and is providing free, local advice to our community. She is happy to help anyone who needs mortgage advice or how to protect their income as she specialises in both areas.

She’s an independent adviser with access to over 90 lenders and over 12000 products with some exclusive deals not available on the high street. She also has access to specialist lenders for those who are credit impaired depending on how bad the situation is.

Why is she providing free advice?

Bita wants to offer this free service as she’s found out that more and more people just don’t know what to do when they get into financial difficulty. If they had gotten the advice at the right time then they wouldn’t be in a situation where they cannot get a mortgage. Or if they have adverse credit, she will aim to set up a plan so her client can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
