We offer short-term, tailored support for people who may feel lonely, lack confidence or facing challenges that make it hard to join in community life.

Connecting people to local groups, activities, and services helps you to build your confidence and independence.

Whether it’s helping someone make new friends through local groups, find wellbeing support, or understand local services, our goal is to always help people make positive changes.
